3.7.3 Either Party may within 28 days of the Meeting at which the Deadlock arises serve notice on the other Party (the "Deadlock Notice"):
(i) on the date of service of the Deadlock Notice, refer the matter giving rise to the Deadlock to:
(ii) direct that the individuals named in Article 3.7.4 (i) use all reasonable endeavours in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days of the date of the Deadlock Notice.
